We are a team of business & executive coaches and strategy consultants supporting management in personal and team development. Our goal is to help you to improve your leadership skills, enhance personal development and entire team’s performance.
We use our team’s leadership experience from B2B and B2C industries and public enterprises, to challenge and support our clients in generating sustainable performance enhancement among managers and staff.
Our approach is “walk-the-talk” using a combination of cognitive, transformative and narrative coaching techniques, aspects of psychoanalytics and other well established practices incl. agile project management and the Enneagram personality development system. The aim is engendering openness and empathy to improve personal leadership habits.
Henrik Sand Madsen, Partner (e-mail)
His organizational development expertise is based on long career within financial services, advising corporate executives and possessing the hands-on commercial understanding of what it takes to make teams perform at their best.
Henrik coaching style focuses on managers and promoting resilient mindset and behaviour in teams and advising on organizational transformation strategies and leaders personal communication challenges. He draws on a wealth of experience from international senior positions and board experience in the financial sector and has acted as strategic advisory to many Danish and international businesses and public institutions. Henrik has a M.Sc. (Econ),(AU-BSS / SFSU), B.Bus (QUT), and is a Certified Master Coach.
Pia Holbæk, Associate Partner (e-mail)
Pia has a passion for strengthening organizations and their management in the way they perform and behave in daily life. She has broad managerial expertise having spent 15 years as an exec. manager of municipal kindergardens, driving resource development and creating a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, Pia is a very experienced business coach and key focus areas are personal leadership, stress management, process facilitation, and value based management. Pia has a bachelor of social work (education), and is a certified Master Coach and Mentor Coach.
Winnie Strøm Schildknecht, Associate Partner (e-mail)
Winnie is passionate about effectuating change, learning, empowerment and seeing people thrive. This is both in teams and one-on-one coaching, conflict mediation and leadership training. She has been an independent business leader for about 20 years, and is an expert in creativity and knowledge transfer. Winnie uses transformative and cognitive methods and has held more than 1,000 coaching sessions. She has a bachelor in psychology, is a master coach, mentor, and trainer.

Gitte Maria Danielsen, Partner (e-mail)
Focuses on personal leadership and work/life balance initiatives. Gitte facilitates tailored individual coaching programs as well as team coaching and organizational workshops. She thrives on working with enterprises and teams that seek to strengthen the business culture, collaboration practices and creating a common foundation for growth. Gitte has extensive experience from FMCG-industries, and positions within sales and marketing at international consumer brand companies. Gitte has a Grad. Diploma – marketing management (CBS), and is a Certified Master Coach.
